The Society of Forensic Toxicologists, Inc. (SOFT) is an organization composed of practicing forensic toxicologists who meet every October (since 1974) for a formal, weeklong, annual meeting to exchange information and ideas among professionals. Over the years, the meetings have developed into a substantially sized group, usually between 800-1000 participants, held at the larger resorts and hotels around the country with large exhibit hall accommodations. |

Exhibitors appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate their latest technology and show off the most recent advancements in laboratory instrumentation and related products at these annual meetings. Most of the 60 plus vendors are “regulars”, attending year after year. In fact, many companies routinely sponsor much of the meeting lunches, happy hours, and social functions. |

Generally, exhibitors set up on Tuesday before noon, continue exhibiting during
Tuesday and Wednesday night functions, and disassemble Thursday at noon. |

Each booth is 8’ x 10’ dimension. The Exhibit Hall in 2008 is 20,000 sq. ft. allowing for 16’ wide isles. Therefore all poster sessions, luncheons, and receptions will be conducted within the Exhibit area. Booth assignment will be made by contacting the SOFT office (office@soft-tox.org or 1-888-866-7638). Remaining available booths can be viewed and downloaded below. Meeting badges are required for all scientific, food, beverage, and social functions. A complimentary full registration (badge) for one person is included with each booth reserved. Booth cost for the SOFT 2008 Annual Meeting is $1,395. |
